Dr. Ellen M. Shortell (History & Stained Glass)
An art historian specializing in Gothic architecture and stained glass, Ellen is Professor of Art History, Emerita, at Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She holds a PhD from Columbia and contributes the guide’s history and stained-glass content.
Dr. Laura Hollengreen )Architecture)
Laura is a medievalist art historian specializing in Gothic architecture, an Associate Professor of Architecture and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the University of Arizona. She holds a PhD from UC Berkeley.
